Energy Sports and Fitness Systems is a Lexington based fitness and Cross Fit training club. The Charlotte North Carolina Location is a renovation of an existing 32,000 square foot “big-box” shell in Crown Point Plaza. Central to the Energy “method” is the cardio and core development. The entire design is organized around the Cardio Mount over the spin room located at the center of the main training floor. Organized in circuit fashion is the resistance training, free weight zone, dead lift center and the mass cardio center. In addition Energy Sports and Fitness Systems offers a Yoga Studio for 60, Cardio Theater for 120, racquet ball courts, the Energy kid-Zone and Sun-Energy tanning. CMW developed the launch Brand signature for Energy composed in the elevation.
