This is a private residence 11,000 square feet located on the Keene Run Golf Course in Jessamine County, Kentucky. The 3-level, 5-bedroom Tuscan Villa is custom-designed for a Seattle-and Lexington-based entrepreneur. True to the Tuscan style, the residence is organized around a central tower, defining its grand entry in addition to anchoring its pool. The residence features a classically-inspired pool highlighting an original custom deck inspired by the great terraces of northern Italy. The layered terraces, outdoor kitchen and gym complement the final design.
