The Lafayette at Country Place

The Lafayette at Country Place is a 100-unit retirement living facility that displays CMW's more traditional style of architecture. The dominant facade materials are brick and textured dryvit plaster. The unusual W-shape of the building was our solution to both physically locate the building on the small triangular-shaped site while also preserving attractive views for all of the units.
