Also included is space for a law library; grand jury / hearing, prisoner handling, Circuit Clerk offices, Court Designated Worker, Pretrial Services and Drug Court office suites, office space for the Appellate Court and associated security and facility support areas. The HVAC system will be water-source heat pump system. Heat pump units will be located above ceilings throughout the building and a cooling tower will be located at grade behind the building in close proximity to the main building mechanical room at the first floor. Fresh air will be provided by roof-top air handling units with duct trunks down into the building. The building will be fully suppressed (full sprinkler system) and be equipped with a fire alarm system. Electrical will include all necessary interior and exterior lighting, power and data communication throughout the building. The building will be equipped with security access control and monitoring systems as directed by the Administrative Office of the Courts. The site development will include fenced and gated secure judges parking and limited parking for court staff and the public. A vehicle drop-off area from Main Street
