A staff of over 70 design professionals, including architects, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers, interior designers, and construction managers make CMW, Inc. one of the largest full-service firms in the region. CMW, Inc. is technologically advanced using the most updated computer technology available. Unique to CMW, Inc. is the fact that we maintain all design disciplines in-house. Our clients deal with only one entity and one Project Manager. The advantages are improved communication and commitment to produce a quality project of which everyone can be proud. Firm Organization
CMW,
Inc. is organized
in a flexible Architectural Studio structure. Studios are based on project types
and assigned with staff experienced in the project type(s) managed by that studio.
Project managers within each studio are responsible for the day-to-day client
relations, overall work progress of their assigned project, project budget,
coordinating with engineering, administration and other company wide support
services, and ensuring project quality control. Each Studio is managed by at
least one CMW, Inc. principal who also is
responsible for client relations.
Each studio is supported by Company wide studio services that include Administrative,
Business Development, Human Development, Construction, and Engineering.
CMW, Inc. has learned through years of practice
that the architectural studio structure best serves the client. First, it provides
the client with a CMW, Inc. principal and
project manager who have dedicated their professional career to the client's
project type. Second, studio staff is highly experienced with the project type
ensuring a higher level of immediate understanding of the project program. Third,
the collective experience of the project team imparts a high degree of quality
control that starts with the daily actions of each individual. This unparalleled
expertise and focus with the project type achieved by the Studio format is part
